Description

iC-MZI is a differential Hall switch for sensing magnetic targets or, with an additional back-bias magnet, ferromagnetic gears. Depending on the detected magnetic field difference, the supply current of the iC varies between two levels (high, low), which are preset by the two external resistors RHI or RLO respectively. With solely using the supply pins VB and GND, thus the iC acts as a simple two-wire, reverse polarity protected magnetic sensor switch.
